A native of Miami, Florida, Aja Greene is a consummate entrepreneur and the powerhouse behind The Ajapreneur Group, which includes The Ajapreneur Consulting Agency, AjaHRPRO Services, and Purple Garden Health Bar, a fast-casual restaurant promoting healthy living.

With a passion for business development, Aja has helped hundreds of aspiring entrepreneurs launch their businesses, providing expert guidance on strategy, operations, and funding. From having just - $3.71 in her bank account to building a six-figure business in just six months, Aja’s journey is a testament to resilience, determination, and business acumen.

Beyond consulting, she founded Aja Takes Action, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering small business owners with education, training, and community resources. Known for her relationship-building skills and results-driven approach, Aja has trained and educated over 200 small business owners across various industries.

Aja holds degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Business Management (HR concentration) and has been featured in Who’s Who in Black Atlanta, Voyage ATL Magazine, and Rockdale 23 TV. She was also recognized as Conyers-Rockdale’s "Rockin' Woman of the Year" in 2021.

When she’s not helping others level up in business, Aja enjoys quality time with her family, a competitive game of billiards, and dominating at Uno.
