A native of Miami, Florida, Consummate Entrepreneur Aja Greene is the Founder of TheAjapreneur Group  which houses The AjaPreneur Consulting Agency
LLC, one of metro Atlanta’s most rapidly growing Business Development Consulting services agencies, AjaHRPRO, and  Purple Garden
Health Bar - a health focused fast casual dining restaurant that offers healthy food options in the community. A proven leader and advocate for the Small Business community, Aja has also founded a 501c3 non-profit organization, Aja Takes Action, with a mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others by bridging the gap in community resources and by providing small business owners with education, training and fundamentals for succeeding in their businesses. 

Aja brings more than 20 years of leadership and collaboration to the table and is renowned for propelling others to their next level of excellence. With a keen eye for identifying new opportunities, Aja expanded her experience and has become a dynamic results-driven Business Development Broker in the community. Aja is known for her exceptional relationship-building skills, effective networking and acting as a crucial liaison in client negotiations ensuring that deals are advantageous for all parties involved. She also advises clients on critical business decisions, offering strategies to enhance revenue, streamline operations, and extend market reach, all while carefully managing and mitigating risks associated with new ventures. With over five dozen
businesses created and over 200+ Small business owners trained and educated, Aja’s expertise has been utilized in a broad array of industries. Aja's holistic
approach and strategic mindset will continue to make her a highly sought out Business Development Broker and invaluable asset in the business development arena.

Aja earned her associate degree in Broadcast Journalism from City College in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Strayer University along with several professional certifications in the fields of Marketing & Branding. 

Aja has been featured in Who’s Who in Black Atlanta, Voyage ATL Magazine, and Rockdale 23 TV to name a few. Aja was recently honored as Conyers, GA -
Rockdale Counties “Rockin Woman of the year Award” 2021. 

In addition to running her powerhouse, Aja loves spending time with her family and high achieving son, Aja enjoys playing billiards. Oh and she plays a mean
