We Provide advice and guidance on employee relations' issues, progressive discipline and documentation requirements to management. We can advise managers and employees by communicating employee relations issues and resolving concerns. We Support and coach managers with dynamic discipline, harassment, and workplace violence trainings. We also evaluate different methodologies to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention. 

Our agency has a proven record of driving talent acquisition and management with a focus to include, but not limited to; workforce planning, retention, performance management, on-boarding, succession planning, critical skills gap analysis, compensation, training and performance support to dozens of local micro- small businesses. We provoke positive change in employee management to include employee recognition, incentives, counseling & disciplinary process. We Evaluate turnover and develop retention programs and initiatives.
